Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance
• Project-based work may require deposits before commencement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients must:

• Ensure all content provided is original or properly licensed
• Maintain backups of their website and data

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own all custom designs, content, and code created specifically for their project.

Our Rights

• We retain rights to our methodologies, processes, and general knowledge
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio (with client consent)
• Third-party tools and plugins remain subject to their respective licenses

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages or data breaches
• Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance and backups

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Termination

By Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

By Service Provider

We may terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or if the client engages in activities that could harm our reputation or violate applicable laws.

Website Usage
